Hearthstone provides a warranty to the original purchaser for any defects in material or workmanship of their woodstoves, starting from the date of purchase.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
• Hearthstone guarantees the cast iron parts of the Woodstove against breakage or burn-through.
• Stones are covered against cracking or breakage due to thermal stress, excluding minor surface scratches and cracks.
• Primary and secondary air systems are safeguarded against damage, cracking or burn-through.
• Glass is considered under warranty for breakage caused by thermal shock.
LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
• Hearthstone warrants refractory brick against breakage and deterioration not resulting from physical damage or overloading.
• Firebox baffle is warranted against breakage, cracking or burn-through.
• Door handles and latch mechanisms are warranted against breakage.
• This warranty expires on the 5th anniversary of the Purchase Date.
LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
• Hearthstone warrants the Enamel Finish against peeling or fading.
• The Stove cement and all gaskets are warranted against breakage or deterioration.
• Accessories and electrical components (excluding venting components, hearth components, electrical components, and other components or accessories used in conjunction with the installation of the Woodstove not manufactured or supplied by Hearthstone) are protected from breakage and malfunction.
• This warranty expires on the first (1st) anniversary of the Purchase Date.
EXCLUSIONS
Hearthstone is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or operation of the woodstove.
• Damage may also result from faulty setup, mishandling, abuse, or misuse.
• Damage is not covered if the woodstove is fueled with driftwood, treated wood, wax, artificial or manufactured logs, coal or other material other than natural wood.
• Damage can occur due to water or high condensation in the installation area.
• Contamination of surrounding air by damaging chemicals will not be covered.
• Wear and tear of normal usage over time is not included in this warranty.
• Issues such as over-firing and downdrafts are operational-related problems that are not covered.
• Site and environmental conditions that may affect performance will not be covered under these warranties.
• Defects in parts are only included if the original purchaser follows request to return the part or Woodstove to Hearthstone or a Dealer.

The Flawless Host ships all orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on the supplier and the location of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via the carrier. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

• Prior to signing for your purchase, please carefully inspect the packaging for any damage.
• If your package arrives with major damage, please take photos of every side of the shipment and write ‘Shipment Damaged’ on the Bill of Lading (BOL) provided by the courier. You also have the right to refuse the delivery. Please email us immediately at sales@theflawlesshost.com with all of your photos, order number, name, shipping address and phone number.
• If your package arrives with minor damage, please take photos of every side of the shipment and write ‘Received with Possible Concealed Damage’ on the Bill of Lading. If you notice any damage upon opening, please email us immediately at sales@theflawlesshost.com with all of your photos, order number, name, shipping address, phone number, and a copy of the Bill of Lading.
• Depending on the extent of the damage, we can either arrange for a replacement or refund within seven (7) business days.
• If we do not receive any contact from you within 48 hours, we will assume that the order arrived in good condition and with all included parts.
• If you believe the product is defective, please email us immediately at sales@theflawlesshost.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number, a brief description of the issue and any relevant photos.
• Please keep all packaging until you are confident in your purchase. You will be responsible for any additional charges or restocking fees as a result of incomplete packaging.
