Return policy

We care deeply about your experience at The Flawless Host and want to make sure you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in exchange for a refund. Please read below for more information on our return policy and process.

 

Returns

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery day. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, inclusive of all original packaging, assembling instructions, included manuals, tags and labels.
  • Return policies are specific to brands and brand-specific policies are available on all product listings.
  • If your purchase was damaged upon receipt, please read the ‘Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts’ section on this page.

 

 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at sales@theflawlesshost.com in order to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our customer service team will provide you with all instructions necessary to return your purchase.
  • If the product qualifies for a return, please take clear photos of it as well as its packaging in case there is damage on the return shipment.
  • All returned items must include all original packaging, assembling instructions, included manuals, tags and labels.
  • If you wish to return a product that is free of defect or damage, you will be responsible for all shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. 
  • If you are returning a product that is defective or damaged, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • After the item is received, inspected and deemed it meets the return requirements, your refund will be issued.
  • The Flawless Host will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

     

    Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts

    • Prior to signing for your purchase, please carefully inspect the packaging for any damage.
    • If your package arrives with major damage, please take photos of every side of the shipment and write ‘Shipment Damaged’ on the Bill of Lading (BOL) provided by the courier. You also have the right to refuse the delivery. Please email us immediately at sales@theflawlesshost.com with all of your photos, order number, name, shipping address and phone number.
    • If your package arrives with minor damage, please take photos of every side of the shipment and write ‘Received with Possible Concealed Damage’ on the Bill of Lading. If you notice any damage upon opening, please email us immediately at sales@theflawlesshost.com with all of your photos, order number, name, shipping address, phone number, and a copy of the Bill of Lading.
    • Depending on the extent of the damage, we can either arrange for a replacement or refund within seven (7) business days.
    • If we do not receive any contact from you within 48 hours, we will assume that the order arrived in good condition and with all included parts.
    • If you believe the product is defective, please email us immediately at sales@theflawlesshost.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number, a brief description of the issue and any relevant photos.
    • Please keep all packaging until you are confident in your purchase. You will be responsible for any additional charges or restocking fees as a result of incomplete packaging.

     

    Exceptions

    • There are no refunds or changes for made-to-order or custom products.

     

    Cancellations

    Orders through The Flawless Host may be canceled prior to shipping with no fees. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse.
