HEATSCOPE® is committed to efficiency! All VISION, SPOT and PURE radiant heaters were developed in accordance with the newest findings concerning the mid-wave IR range. This means that between 90% and 94% of the energy used is turned directly into ambient heat.
All HEATSCOPE® design radiant heaters produce natural infrared heat in the (fast) mid-wave IR range. This means that the heat feels particularly pleasant and is effective exactly where it is needed – that’s directly under the first layers of skin, but not too deep in the tissue.
Inviting & Cozy
Other radiant heaters use light tubes to produce heat as a by-product – at HEATSCOPE® we exclusively use innovative carbon technology: two carbon spirals are powered with an electric current, they begin to glow and produce a particularly pleasant warmth.

Guarantee and Warranty
• Heatscope is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• Expendable parts or slight defects are not covered under the warranty.
• To make a claim, original invoice with date of purchase and model must be provided.
Processing of Guarantee Claims
• Contact us before returning the defective unit along with proof of purchase and fault description.
• Do not send devices to the manufacturer without prior contact.
• Adequate transport packaging must be used to protect units during transport.
• The manufacturer may repair or exchange faulty units or parts at their discretion.
• Replaced units may vary in shape and color from original.
• Date of purchase determines start of guarantee period; warranty not extended if replaced or repaired by manufacturer.
• Damage caused by improper handling or use of nonoriginal parts not covered by warranty.
• Warranty does not cover damage from external influences such as fire, lightning or transport damages.
• Liability for consequential damages to persons or property excluded.
• Warranty invalidated if serial number is changed, removed or defaced.
• Opening, altering, modifying, rebuilding or repairing the unit by unauthorized persons voids warranty.

• Depending on the extent of the damage, we can either arrange for a replacement or refund within seven (7) business days.
