INFRATECH warrants that this electric heater is designed and manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE YEARS from original date of purchase.
NOTE: Use of competitor controls or accessories with Infratech heaters may void the Infratech Warranty.
Extent of Warranty
• The warranty is valid from the time of purchase and ends either as specified, upon owner transfer or relocation
• To activate the warranty, the attached registration form must be submitted
• The registration information is for internal use only and will not be sold or used for marketing purposes
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
• Warrantor will not cover damages due to negligence, alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster, improper installation or operation, unauthorized adjustments or calibrations, dents, scratches, or cleaning products improperly applied.
• Warrantor is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
• INFRATECH and its representatives are not liable for injury to any person or damage to any property.

• If your package arrives with major damage, please take photos of every side of the shipment and write ‘Shipment Damaged’ on the Bill of Lading (BOL) provided by the courier. • If your package arrives with minor damage, please take photos of every side of the shipment and write ‘Received with Possible Concealed Damage’ on the Bill of Lading. If you notice any damage upon opening, please email us immediately at sales@theflawlesshost.com with all of your photos, order number, name, shipping address, phone number, and a copy of the Bill of Lading.
• Depending on the extent of the damage, we can either arrange for a replacement or refund within seven (7) business days.
• If we do not receive any contact from you within 48 hours, we will assume that the order arrived in good condition and with all included parts.
